How about an automated reply, even? Lol... I ordered 'juxtapoz' magazine LAST OCTOBER, and never got an issue. An initial complaint was met with 'they never got the order, going through now'... That was in February. Repeated phone/email attempts to reach Magazine City since the to request a refund have been met with no reply
