Victim of google add work at home

I was broke and looking for an extra income to supplement my employment income when I saw this add from google that google needs people working at home. I read through the testimonials and having trusted the company I enrolled myself for $1.99US. As I go along there were other adds that follows that I have to click without exit I did click them for free enrollment and the other have minimun charges of $19.00 on reduced price.
To my surprised when I saw my Visa Bill have few extra charges of other accounts that was not to my knowledge I authorized and there no way to contact who are the company charging my Visa and to my surprised even more the Visa issuer cannot pinpoint who are those company. The Bill looks as follows.
