I am writing this report on behalf of a very good friend of mine who works at MGH, a prominent Boston hospital. My friend works with HIV and AIDS patients and is being bullied, harassed, stalked and she is trying very hard to have this man; Jacob Taylor removed from the hospital.

My friend has been employed by MGH for almost 30 years and during her entire tenure at MGH she has never, ever been more fearful of this man. He constantly calls her at least 20 times a day at work, constantly mails her "friendship" cards, sends her very sexually explicit emails 2-3 times daily and visits the clinic almost daily. She has not said anything because of a lawsuit that is against the clinic she works in that Mr. Taylor was a part of.

He dropped out of the lawsuit which made everyone from what my friend told me very happy but then she heard from co-workers that he was going to sue her and her boss for a reason I do not know at this time. She was very friendly with this man. Trusted him and went out of her way to befriend him in small ways knowing that his HIV/gay status was very touchy for him.

She got to the point that she felt that his potential lawsuit against her and her boss is making her ill, she is afraid of this man and although he can not be discharged as a patient she can not face him anymore. Now he is starting to visit outside her home, call her at home and she does not know what to do anymore. She does however have me as an external person who works at a law firm that she shared some private information about him that we need to make public.

1) He is a sex level 3 sex offender for molesting children in his neighborhood.

2) He tries to steal money from people meanwhile we know he has money in the bank.

3) He constantly lies about his HIV status (he has it but he is not dying).

This site is the only freedom of speech that can make him stop. She really needs this man to stop stalking her, harassing her and now that he is suing her, she is very fearful of what people will think of her. Who are we going to believe a man like him or woman who has dedicated her life working at a top hospital in the world?

I hope other people out there can help make him stop stalking her and making trouble for MGH.

He was in a lawsuit last year where the billing manager by mistake left patient billing tickets on a subway that she worked on for the weekend. Mr. Taylor dropped out of the suit and is now trying to sue my friend and her boss for only who knows what.

He is protected somehow and this needs to end.
