Uclipusave.com applied for loan, decided not to take one, 17 day's later 19.93 is taken from my account. Customer service provided no help. Now when i try to do live chats they just disconnect me!

Tried to get a loan on dec 1st. To my surprise 17 days later, i'm charged 19.93 for coupons! I hate coupons! I didnt even get an email confirmation that i did this hhmmmmmmmm!!!
