I put all new storm shutters on my home with rolsafe co. Because they didn't put a stop on at least one of the shutters it got rolled up to far and came off the track. When i called to get it repaired, they said it would cost $150 trip charge plus $100/hour plus $250 for a ladder. That charge is obscene. They are ripping off their customers
