Ontel charged us for shipping twice and never sent us the correct product

Buyer beware. We ordered the Chicshaper and surprised to find the 20 dollar shipping charge on a 40 dollar order. Secondly the item that showed up was not what we ordered even though the receipt in the box showed the correct item. The company made us pay for the return shipping and offered to send us the right item. They never did. After calling the company they claimed to have refunded my credit card but stuck me with over 25 dollars for shipping and I never received the item.
