Walmart - visa card

I purchased a visa card under direction I could reload the card when sold to by the cashier at the money center. I did ask the question inquiring before purchase. I DONT THINK ITS FAIR that I should have to by a hold new $50 card then pay for another money card. Please help in this matter. 1-318-762-3985. Store is located on Airline drive in BQSSIER CITY LA.
