Company demanding I send payment or I"m in legal trouble

A guy having a large Indian highlight named me at work to inform me that I owed a web-based organization that provides out loans via internet $1000 and that I had a need to spend this to him so he might solve this issue. He pretended like he was about the additional point with this specific organization which he'd persuaded them-not to carry on with legitimate motion so long as I mentioned I'd deliver transaction in via prepaid Credit card. He explained to send the info of the card to him so he might solve this situation. He calls declaring that I'll be acquired and billed with great theft and scam easily do not reslove this from courtroom. He'll not contact me athome he calls me at the office only.
