I had an appt. On November 25 at 8:30 am. A receptionist called me to confirm the appt time and day on November 29, however, she did not specify the location. I applied for energy assistance late October at 251 West St in Annapolis, so on the day of my appt that is where I reported. Someone at the Annapolis location informed me that my appt was in Glen Burnie and the person I'm suppose to see is Ms. Johnson. So when I went all the way back to the Glen Burnie location she informed me that she will need to get my information from the annapolis location on Friday and to call her after the holiday. I have been trying to get in touch with this lady and she and her receptionist have been putting me on hold, never coming back to the phone, not returning phone calls and not taking any. They have been giving me the run around ever since. So far I have called 410 760-6125,4106261900 ext. 1023 and 4106261910 and no one is taking any calls.
