I bought a puppy From Karen DeAngelo it died and now she refuses to answer my email

Can you help me please. I loved my puppy and I cant afford another puppy I spent all my allowence

She wont give me my money back and wont talk to me on the phone.

When I did talk to her one time she told me that I must of abused my puppy.
