Took money from bank account without my permission or any orders performed

This company has stolen money from my bank account. I don't know who they are and I have never ordered anything from them. I have contacted my bank to file fraud charges and I tried calling this company on 12/2/09 probably around 10 times. I left many messages and several phone numbers I could be contacted at with no return call. I want my money put back where it belongs, this is theft. I don't know how they got ahold of my bank information and I want to be contacted by someone so I can find out how they got it.
