Ripoff They took my money, but never sent me my card

On June 19th this company called me wanting to help re-build my credit. I need credit re-building so I thought ok. They need $298.00 and they would give me a credit card for $2500.00
I thought great. They would send me my card in 15 days. It's been way over 15 days and still no card, but they sure took my money in a hurry. I hope someone else doesn't get scammed by this company.
