West coast fulfilment centre i ordered total white and i never received the product, only got the free trial pen

I ordered total white free trial, i paid for shipping only. I was then sent 3 bottles of youth res-v which i did not order, and an in voice for an address in australia, i e-mailed total white, about this order and told them i never received the full order of total white, and i was charged twice on my account to the value of $120.12. I was then informed to scan my visa statement of the payment and i would be refunded, and they also said to keep the youth res-v as an apology from our company. I then received an e-mail stating then would not refund me for the youth res-v as it did not say youth res-v on the visa statement, i then informed them that it clearly showed two payments made to there company for a total of $120.12. I since have heard nothing back from totalwhite.Pro
