My choice to use PODS was based on your good reputation.
I received an estimate of delivery of my POD between 7:30-10:30am.BY 1:00PM I still had NO POD, and NO CALL from the driver.

I called twice to inquire about the status, but both POD representatives indicated there had been "trouble" at the first house which put the delivery late.
Your innovative product is wonderful. Please in the future make contact with your customers who hire moving men and pay them needlessly.
Also, it was sad that the pod representative contacted the local POD supervisor, and the supervisor was "uncertain" who the driver was.
Scary.
