Budget Van Lines
Alvin Bellow Binding estimate of $1,175.00. Once they have my items, they would not deliver till I give them another $500.00

I received a binding estimate from Budget Van line for $1,175.00, $425.00 as deposit, $375.00 at pick up and $375.00 at delivery. At delivery, I received a call from the carrier stating the at delivery is $800.00, not $375.00. On Nov. 17, I attempted to call Mr. Alvin who was my sell person, he never responded. I was able to get in touch with him on the 26 on Nov. After I explained the the extra fee that was added at delivery, he told me he will call me later. Off course, no response from him.
After multiple message left on his ans. Machine, I received an email message stating that all my call will be ignore because I threaten an employee's and his family. (my word KARMA)

Reading all complaints about Budget Van Line, I am experiencing the same problem they have experienced. (ie: not calling back, asking for extra money at delivdry, holding your items hostage)

I don't have that extra cash, and wants my item delivered at the designated storage.
