On black Friday I got a flyer in my windshield wiper at Target that said, "*CONGRADULATIONS*
For Taking Part In Our Random Number Give Away
IF YOUR LUCKY NUMBER IS LISTED IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING COLUMNS, YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE OF THE GIFTS LISTED BELOW FROM OUR LOCAL STORE.

ect... Obviously I had a 'winning number' and there was no purchase of any kind required. The flyer said the store hours were 10 A.M. To 8 P.M. But the free gift would be sent.:/ It had some blah blah about odds of winning and some 'code' written in, and there was a phone number hand written on the flyer. I called the number (619) 813-1199) and the man at the other end answered and confirmed that I won a prize. Then he said to get the prize I had to participate in a free carpet shampooing at my house and proceeded to set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday).
