Illegal Collection Acts

This company is Horrible. I missed a payment several times when i was unemployed. My father was listed as a cosigner and they called him over 8 times a day at work. We sent a letter to notify them to stop calling him at work as the Consumer Credit Protection Act says you are supposed to do. I was told by a customer service person they were subject to no state law because this is a federal loan. When informed this was a federal law they said it didn't effect them and they would continue to call whoever they needed to get it paid and I was hungup on.
