Target unbelievable

So i was buying a guitar for my son from target from their online store i thought it was a reasonable offer at $200 so i ordered it.
They said it would have been 3 business days. It was one week later and nothing so i call the stores customer service to cancel it and maybe buy somewhere else so she does but i checked my credit card and i was still paying for it i demanded them to get it straighten out and they said this stuff happens everyday and it would be done in 2 business days

I made the complaint on 7/8/08
it is now 6/28/09
