Fake autograph

I bought a hand-signed barak image from isoldit. It arrived and that i rapidly sent it to be authenticated. It was a phony. Although it was listed as hand-signed, it wasn't. They'd sent a fake hand signed picture. I really could not have the cost of the authentification. I did so get my money back however it cost for shipping and authentification. Now they say they cannot discover the owner, incredible. They stated it they sold it and so they owe me the cash.
