Mike Ringstaff and his crew at A Plus Mobile Homes in Temple, TX are a bunch of crooks that stole $10,000 from a friend of mine.
My friend is older and wanted to buy a new home, these crooks talked him into giving them $10,000 and now they won't give it back to him even though he can't have a mobile home where his land is. The deed restrictions won't allow mobile homes or trailers, and any sane person would think that before they sold him a home they would check on this sort of thing.
Well they didn't check, they just took his money and won't give it back now. Someone help us! He worked his whole life saving this money so he could buy a home now that he is retired, and somehow these theives are getting away with stealing it from him. This isn't right!!! He has pleaded with them and Mike Ringstaff and his cronies won't do anything but ignore him now that they have his money.
Please beware, if they will take advantage of an older retired man, they will do it to anyone. Do not buy a home from this company, tell them that you saw this post and maybe they will eventually do the right thing.
