Website defamation and publication of false consumer complaints

The site in question, www.modelingscams.net, publishes private email address lists for the purpose of slandering and defaming the owners of said email addresses under the guise of protecting the modeling community from fraud, and in doing so claims to screen complaints from models.

The site without any factual substantiation claims to the public that those email addresses listed are determined after an alleged investigation by so called industry experts to be engaged in fraud or criminal activity and in fact specifies a specific allegation of same for each specific email address listed on the site.

The operator of the site fails to offer any information pertaining to his. Her/its identity or credentials and fails to offer any information that is verifiable which establish credibility or any necessary specialized expertise to make any determinations about fraud, scams, or criminal activity.

The operator of the site hides its identity from the public and hides behind a wb hosting company identified as;

The site fraudulently, wrongfully and/or recklessly classifies emails allegedly submitted by models to the site for review as fakes, frauds, scams, etc and publishes false and defamatory information based on an email address without regard to whether the submission actually is any of the above and without regard to whether the content was submitted in violation of any expectation of privacy in private email communications agreed to by the concerned parties such as information marked private, confidential, privileged, or copyright protected under dmca.

The site has no system in place to establish the authenticity of the material being submitted or the authenticity of the person making the submission.

The site has no means of receiving communications from those wishing to dispute information or facts regarding any alleged report and in fact the only way to communicate is by signing up for an account and providing a full name and date of birth among other things which in and of itself is suspicious since this information can be used to compromise email accounts and otherwise commit identity theft.

As a matter of fact, a short time after i signed up using an alternate email address the provider informed me that i need to provide additional details because someone had been attempting without success to log onto my other account multiple times in a very short period of time. I also started receiving a flood of spam immediately addressing me by the name provided to www.modelingscams.net in an account that rarely if ever receives any email.

I noticed that in communications emailed to me from modelingscams.net that the email header contained a forged ip address-see report below;

Whoever these people are they are obviously trying to conceal their identity or identities from the public and they are operating outside of the law in the fraudulent, negligent, reckless, tortuous, and otherwise unfair and deceptive conduct of their business with the public.

They fail to identify themselves, they fail to establish any verifiable credentials and they act recklessly at best when it comes to fact checking before they disseminate slander and misinformation connected to email addresses they are allegedly obtaining from questionable sources at best.

The right to free speech does not extend to aiding and abetting anonymous defamation, slander, violations of criminal, copyright, or privacy laws.

If anyone damaged by this site or the web host that is concealing the identity of the beneficial ownership's true identity would like to be a lead plaintiff or a co-plaintiff in a cause of action against the site or the web host please feel free to respond
