This person is non existing but his story is believable beyond any story that you have heard. He uses a story that a cousin or a daughter has been killed in a car wreck and that they can not stand the thought of being around the animal any longer that he makes him crazy and depressed. He says for a certain amount you can adopt one of these beautiful animals. He then goes and steals pictures from websites that sell these beautiful horses known as Gypsy Vanners or Gypsy Cobs or Gyspy Drum Horses. He or these people then place ads on the internet on different places where horses are sold to the unsuspecting internet community. Once he places the ad he will wait until you respond and then he will email you back that you and a number of people have the opportunity to "adopt" the horse for the cost of the shipping fee to where ever you live. He notifies the "shipping company" and the "shipping company" notifies you where you will be sending this money. Usually overseas. And then the "shipping company" will notify you of the insurance that they need in order to get the horse across state lines and then they send another email stating that they need vaccines for the horse and then they try and get more money for the horse to pay at the "first check point". The shipping company does exist but this group of people are so brazen they have stolen all of the ligitiment companys' logos and most of the wording of the contracts. And use it to make it look ligit. The "shipping company and Mr. Morgan" are in this together they make it look and sound ligit until you dont receive the horse or the money back. And then they just disappear. As I promised these people I would do what ever it takes to shut their business down permantely. That I will not allow this to happen to anyone else, horse owner or consumer.
