Rip off scheme

I went to withdraw money from a credit card issued by the state for child support and realized an unauthorized pending transaciton from a company I have never heard of and had no dealings with. I immediately called the state where the card was issued and reported fradulent activity on my child support account. I want whomever is responsible for making such transactions prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am a singel parent and depend on child support to help take care of my child and this has caused an inconvience, not only did I not have funds available for what I needed them for, the card had to be cancelled and I have to pay for another card to be issued. I want this company stopped before this happens to anyone else. Since this transaction was done to a state issued card I feel that the penalty should be even more severe being this is a government entity. Please stop this company.
