Buying shose that came apart

I bought two pairs of shoes from this place. One pair I wore once, the second time the sole came apart, The second pair I put on to go to church - this eas the first time i put thyem on and I took a couple steps and the heel came apart. I brought them back to the store, she refuse to take them back. She demanded a recites. I did not have it. But the second pair I bought useing my debit card. I showed her the transaction, she still refused, the sad thing is she remember me buying the shoses
