Suburban Propane-price gouging

They had peviously been our Oil Company but because of their extremely over priced oil (they are currently charging $3.2490 per gallon), I called in April & told then we no longer wished to do business with them. We were on a budget plan & had over $700 in credit so I told them they could refund all my moneu or make a 1 time delivery to use up our credit & refund anything not used. On 4/11 they deliverd $573.04 in fuel oil leaving a balance of $131.72, my refund check for this amount didn't come so in Sept, I called the companies office in Albany, In Oct a refund check for that amount arrived. They were well aware that we had chosen another oil company, I made that very clear. Yesterday 11/5, a Suburban delivery truck arrived, my husband informed the driver that we were no longer doing business with them, the driver ignored him & put in 50.7 gal at a cost of $165.27, today I called Suburban & spoke to Heidi who informed me Mr Callaway had called for a delivery, the only Mr Callaway I know died several years ago & never lived at this address, then she tells me that someone must have entered it in computer wrong. They are ripping off customers, making erroneous deliveries & gouging the public. Ths compny we switched to is charging us $2.299 a gal. A few years ago when you could prepay for oil, the price spiked & they notified everyone who had prepayed at a way lower price they couldn't honor the contract, but had it been the other way around & the price dropped, they would not hacve lowered the contract price.
