Refusal to refund for services not performed

I employed and paid $700 via my charge card towards the above company on 10/14, displayed by Alex Hansen, to procedure a girl visa to create my international girlfriend towards the people. Within the span of collecting the info to begin the application, my " girlfriend" declined to supply the info required, essentially she'd fooled me to start with, therefore I was not able to approach this credit application. After many efforts to solve this, I decided that it might not be solved therefore, on Weds 10/21/09, I recommended Mr Hansen of this (by telephone) and requested to get a reimbursement of the $700 I settled to him on 10/14. He wasn't really attentive to this demand, had stated that somebody in his workplace had invested hrs with this software currently, that we was really amazed to listen to since all he'd was my title and tackle with no additional info at-all since I have wasn't actually in a position to publish this to him via the online type he supplied me with for this function. I talked this to him and again required he return the $700 to my charge card because he'd not or couldn't perform the support it had been settled to him to do. He explained he'd " consider it" and obtain back again to me in per week.

Used to do not notice from him therefore, on Weds 10/28 I equally named and sent him to look after this-but he didn't react to possibly my mail or telephone call then or since. I've named him many times and delivered him further emails but he's not answered.

On Friday 10/28/09, I sent him he had a need to either return the $700 back again to my charge card or return to me by Friday 11/2 he meant to do that on the regular schedule or I'd start appropriate and/or other suitable activity against him, again no reaction. I sent him a contact nowadays, Wednesday Nov 3 in addition to named him to recommend that, because he didn't react or answer my demand by any means, that I'd start to do something against him for his rejection to return the $700 because he'd not or couldn't execute the providers it had been meant for.

Thus, along with additional steps I'll consider, I'm joining this criticism against Mr Hansen and his company APVisa for not refunding my $700 since I terminated this deal because, through no-fault of my very own, it CAn't be prepared.
