After ordering their books they began calling urging to sign up for their coaching sessions. Said I needed that. The charge was &3ooo for, that. Iwas reluctant to sign up but they pressured me.

My coach was Adam Duane and he was cionsistently late in calling when we had an appt. Anywhere from 45 min. To 1 hr 45min. I had to listen on the phone and write what he was telling me. I felt like I was writing my own manual. The second session when he called late I was sleeping and he talked to my wife and chewed her out. He was extremely rude and left her in tears..

For this money we were to have 7 coaching sessions. We thought we had 3 but were told each time it went over 30 min. It was considered another session. We called the office and Adams own number and were never contacted again about finishing.

This business is very difficult and after contacting the Polk, County, IA tax bureau to get info I copied 25 pages of rules to participate in the tax sales auction.
When we asked for money back Adam Duane said very unlikely we woul get anything back. I then explained I had been told I had beginning stsges of Alzheimers and he told my wife it was understandable because I did not give him the right answers to questions he asked me after a session. It is a big rip off. They do not care who they take money from. The 2 people who called all the time were Jerid and a woman. Called every day until I signed up and then never heard from them again.
