Fabricated story about my visit to this clinic

This clinic and my ex company conspired together to have me lose my job of 18 years. On Jan 27, i was ordered to report to this clinic for a DOT drug test. I have a documented medical condition that prevents me from supplying urine on demand. I attempted to produce urine and only produced very little, I told the collector thats all i was going to be able to produce. I was not told i had to stay for 3 hours and drink water, I did not ask for my personal belongings which was locked in a cabinet. When the collector opened the cabinet after i explained my medical condition, that indicated to me that the testing was over. She opened the cabinet and walked away, I promptly gathered my things, said goodnite to all workerrs there and left. The next day my company recieved a report from this clinic that was full of fabricated lies. The report stated that i had complained about being selected too many times for testing which is not true, the report also indicated that the collector told me that if i left before the 3 hour wait period, it would be deemed a refusal to test, which also isnt true, the report also said that i was mocking this assistant which is so not true and slanderous. The report also indicated that i left to quickly in order for me to sign any documents, which is also not true, before she opened the cabinet for my personal belongings, she had all the time in the world to have me sign any documents, she offered me no documents to sign, if anything this clinic was in a rush to get me out the door, and send a report to my company, which they were expecting and have me terminated. Ther next day on Jan 28, i was suspended and terminated 2 weeks after. I lost my job of 18 years, which i love and was dedicated to serving the City Of Sunnyvale from which is my home town. The lies put forth by this clinic has cost me my carreer and has put my family and i in a very bad situation. The company i worked for is just as guilty as this clinic and that is being handled by the offices of the EEOC and further civil litigations.
