David Lazowski Toke My money and I recieved nothing for it

On Friday the 23 of October I Met With David Lazowski Owner of Window Butler at his Office to sign a new lease. After signing the Document Mr. Lazowski told me he didn't have a second copy to give me as I told him I needed a second copy to feel comfertable leaving the copy that I signed behind. We agreed to get a copy made at a different location since he didn't have a copier. The minute I walked out of the office he didn't follow and locked the door but my witness was still inside. I knocked on the door and when he opened the witness (Lucas Mcgregor) walked out and grabed a document that was sitting on Mr. Lazowski's desk the whole time. When that happened Mr. Lazowski called 911 saying people broke in to hurt him and steal his stuff. After Lucas exited the building we looked at the document that was on the desk and it was an unsigned version of the lease agreement that I signed. When the police arrived Mr. Lazowski told the police that the copy we had was incomplete whch they verified to be false and he also told the police that the payment that he had received fom us was fradulent. When he had a signed copy from the card holder authorising the payment. The police verified with the card holder who confirm that the payment was authorized. Mr. Lazowski received $4,000.00 and we didn't get a key to the place nor a second copy to the agreement. As a result of his action my company suffered some damages. Police Report Number 09-301-724
