I agree whole-heartedly with this specific certified. I'm getting the identical scenario. Needing to contact many times to actually get in touch with an individual. Visits made and never stored. Defective diagnoise of issues. Mis communication with additional support employees. The number continues. Truly unsatisfied with support provided, not provided.
