Cliff Wilson Called me at work constantly - harrassing me saying I owed money but would not say to whom or when, threatend to have me arrested & served papers at my work - would not listen to me!

Cliff Wilson from Finicial Crime Division has continiously called me at work to say I owe $250 for a debt I know nothing about. When I asked who the money was owed to would not give me an answer just kept trying to intimidate me.
Said he was going to have me arrested & just kept saying he had a legal document with my name on it. I told him I would contact my lawyer & have him handle it - he said it was in my best interest not to do this.
Could not understand him very well when he spoke. I have not had a call back since I told him I would have my lawyer call him.
