Took more money than they said they would

I had my service turned off and WBs finel bill was $69.85 to satisfy my early termination fees and the prorated billing. On the 5th this month they took $253.85 from my account. What a shock. I am on Disibility and my check goes into this account' I need my money. I called them to find out why. They said mistake. I am suposed to get $180.00 of my money back. What I would like to know is when. I have called them 3 times. All they do is apologize. Cant tell me when. I have had nothing but trouble with this outfit They lie, they cheat and they steal. Please people do not get there service. I beg you. Use dial up it works as good as wb and cheaper.
