I ordered a bunch of items from neal and some of the items were out of stock and he never emailed me or called me to tell me, he just added in whatever he wanted to send me. And the shisha was crushed and opened and it had leaked all over my other items and was dry. I couldnt do anything with it. I didnt even order it. I just wanted what i ordered. Also he sent me samples of quality coals and then i ordered large quantities of them he sent me different coals they didnt even look the same they were different shaped. Neal has a bad atittitude he never answered his email and if you ask him questions on the phone he hangs up on you. He even kicked people out of his store for no reason. This guy is very bad for the industry and should be stopped form taking our money..
