Horrible product AND service

First, the promised that the ATV was shipped, but could not provide us a shipping tracking number. It was two weeks later after they said it was shipped, that it was actually shipped.

Less than 30 minutes of use resulted in a broken sproket. (the rider was 40 lbs). I was promised a new part on 8/23/09 and never saw it. I asked again on 9/22/09, after more parts broke, and was promised they would be sent out that day. Still waiting.

Don't waste your money or time on this business, as the products are cheap, there is no follow-up service, and they are not truthful.
