Avoid at all cost doing business with John Barreto from thefloridasunshine.com or any of the business he or his family members (Grace, Grace Carolina and Michelle Barreto) are running. This guy is an unlicensed realtor taking money from people in exchange of good or services. He will provide you with an inferior product or service or in some occasions, nothing at all. Once he gets your money, hell say I will not reimburse you anything, take me to court if you want, I am John Barreto, I know what to do. He owes me $850 for renting me a vacation home with a very inferior value, instead of the vacation home we agreed on the contract. He also refuses to reimburse me the security deposit. He owes other people money as well, see for yourself and click on the links below negative comments other people that he has ripped off. At this point I am gathering information to start a Class Action Lawsuit in a civil court against John Barreto and his family members who are partners and involve in these fraudulent activities.
