I mailed off my playstation 2 to crazedconcepts in december to get it repaired. Over six months have passed and inspite of numerous attempts to contact the individuals they promised that it would be mailed back to me in instant messenger and then it never came back. They said they were experiencing staff difficulties and someone had been fired over the incident. Low and behold my package still isn't here. Clearly someone is lying.
Do NOT buy from these people. The guy will answer your calls like a normal human being until you're calling about a problem, then it's his personal line. He's a good liar. Don't buy into his lies.
