No heat in bedroom after 11pm

I shifted into my condo this past year in March, I survive the 15th floor. For many peculiar/silly cause these fools choose to switch off heat in my own room. Today don't misunderstand me, I enjoy the wintertime (cold-weather) but I'm going to be damned, when I get house at 12am daily there is no warmth. I would aswell rest outside. I've created numerous calls/e-mails and place in seats using the "crisis "group, what I get? A solution quantity, the owner informs me somebody may check up on it each morning. The next evening, property turns up and that I have warmth in my own room. Heat often becomes on at 6am-11pm NO FUCKING Great I don't like working13 hours togo home to some cold room. Our room is really chilly, iciles type in the roof. It is so chilly I've to settle the family room. The Clear Answer from NYCHA: your point must bleed (we are able to just get it done, throughout the summertime change) I've informed them on numerous events, Easily dont have warmth in my own room come this winter I'll prosecute the shit out-of NYCHA!!!
