Multiple people calling by father after he sent them a $5.00 check to get a report explaining his winnings in a bogus lottery.

Norman Armstrong says he is from FTC at 202 658-7948 and 202 747-7035

David Brown at 202 658-7945

Then Tom Johnson and David Brown stating they are from Lloyds of London at 212 461-3278.

These are BAD people. Beware
