Beware! Fradulent Company, nothing but lies from everyone in order to get your money, nothing but a scam, Don't believe them

I, too, am a casualty of National Timeshare Resales. Somehow they got my phone number and reached me after my husband and I became a casualty of Waterside by Spinnaker in which we had paid another company to sell our timeshare, being promised that it would sell, and then eventually losing the timeshare that we had paid big bucks for some years ago. So National Timeshare Resales are trained to take advantage of people at a vulnerable time.

The salesman was persistent, I was not interested, but he kept promising that they were not like other companies. They would send me a contract that stated that if the timeshare did not sell within a year, then the $750 that we pay would be refunded.By what he kept saying, we would have nothing to lose. Of course, he said he had someone interested in the timeshare at Hilton Head but he could not deal with them until we paid. Since he kept promising that this would happen, (money refunded after a year if not sold and everything written in a contract which he sent that stated this fact) we paid them the money since we had it in writing.

Then you can guess, we never heard from them again about a sale. During the year I contacted them calling many times before ever getting to talk with someone. On the contract and website, the unit was listed at $17,500 which is a high amount if you want to sell when people are trying to give away timeshares. I asked them to reduce this price to at least $12,000, but I was told that since it was negotiable, when and if a sale came through, we could discuss that with the buyer at the time. We all know that if you overprice something, that it is not going to get the attention of a buyer.

Again, after many, many calls I contacted someone because by this time we had been cheated out of the paid timeshare and no longer had it. Nothing was accomplished by this call.

When the year was up, after many, many calls again, I finally got to talk with Missy. She would not let me talk with anyone else but would only tell me that it was sent to the refund department and we would hear in 90 days. After much questions and time, she finally said at one time that we would get the refund in 90 days but would not let me talk to anyone in the refund department.

I kept trying to call and finally a Ryan answered the phone saying he was one of the owners. For the first time he informed me that the refund was denied since it said "does not apply to negotiable sale price." When I repeated what we had been promised and that negotiable price had been explained as dealing with a buyer for the selling price, he said that our conversation and everything had been explained to us and that it was recorded.

I then asked him to play the recording for me because I know what had been promised to us was not what he was now saying to us for the first time. Of course, he would not play the recording.

Never would I have signed and given away any other money after being lied to and scammed out of money over this timeshare as we had before.

There seems to not be many honest peole left in this world, but many that don't mind telling lies in order to cheat people out of their money. Hopefully, these kinds of businesses will soon get their just reward and end up paying the price for dishonest gain. You cannot trust people that lie and cheat. Don't do business with them unless you want to give away your money to dishonest people.
