I knew Phil for over 7 years. We were like brother and sister, at least according to him.

As it turns out, he was actually taking advantage all along—I am a generous if naive person.

After my parents passing, he borrowed $8500.00 from me. I left California for Kansas and he immediately refused to repay. I can't sue—he has AIDS and is on private disability which is not attachable even if I could travel back for a court hearing.

He has a son, Jason, who is approximately 20 years of age and they may be in either California or Washington State.

He also plays backgammon and chess online extensively.
