Withdrew from my acccount 221.95 ripoff business from hell ripoff scam NOT a credit card

On October 29, Freedom Resources with drew the amount of 221.95. At or about 2 months later I phone the company and stay on the line for 20 min, I was told its on the way and a month later nothing came once again, then 2 mths after that, I call them and tell them and don't bother to send the packet, She said she had to send it in order me to recieve the right paper to cancel and assured that it would be refunded with in the week of my phone call. It didn't come so I called them again and then again and was told by the operator that the phone number was disconnected. Because of how long they keep you oh hold which is 20 to 3o minutes at a time I had to wait and call again 2 weeks later and the phone was still disconnected and I never have recieved my refund. I have the records of the withdraw. But I was told it was a credit card.
