I palced an order on 06th September, but I have still not recieved my order. I have been calling the phone no.in the confirmation e-mail, but no answer. 25 days nd Still waiting for my product

Hi everyone,
I placed an order on 06 September the discription is given below:-

Invoice Number:
Description: 5x ca (1 x 9.95)
Total: US $9.95 Payment Method: MasterCard.
It has been more than 25 days and still waiting for my order. The payment has been taken from my account but still nothing. I tried calling the contact number in the confirmation e-mail but no answer. There is no other information in the confirmation e-mail (litterly nothing) just billing information, Shipping information, Genral inforamtion and Order information (stated above).
So i do not know if it is just horrible customer service or rip off. As the money is not big amount so not so worried. But still worth letting everyone know so you guys can avoid any disappointments.
