These people take your money and always change terms and conditions to benefit the company. New sets of terms aren't sent to existing customers. They just take your money and don't uphold their deal

My free travel rebate program is a joke. You have to jump through tons of hoops to get your rebate, customer service is horrible, and if you make even one mistake your rebate is void and you get no money at all. They don't return your money, they cash your check and say we'll refund you in 6-8 weeks, it's been 10 weeks and still no word, I tried calling and I get the same answer, "we sent it out to you". This company needs to be shut down, they are un-ethical. What will it take to get the attorney general involved!
