Hopkins Boerboels Heartland Boerboel - required me to place a $700.00 Dollar hold on a dog. Owner Brett & Terri Hopkins informed me that the "Bitch" had a false pregnancy and will not return my money

Heartland Boerboels aka Hopkins kennel out of Sapulpa, OK. Owner Brett & Terri Hopkins is not trustworthy individuals. On August 7 I placed a $700.00 dollar hold on a Male Brindle Boerboel that was supposed to be born August 10. Mr. Hopkins assured me that if there were any problems my money would be refunded with no problem. On September 3, Mr. Brett Hopkins advised me that his "Bitch" had a false Pregnancy; witch is common for the breed. Mr. Hopkins advised me on September 3rd that he would return my money, he left a message on my cell phone (which I still have). Since then I have sent him several email and left several telephone call messages without any response. Its now September 26 and I have not heard a word or received anything from Brett or Terri Hopkins. Update: September 27, Due to pressure by the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, Mr. Brett Hopkins sent me to following email: As is our policy, your $700 deposit will be applied to a puppy in the next available litter. We will let you know the expected due date as soon as possible.

Due to thinking I was going to get my $700.00 dollars return to me I purchased another dog from a good breeder. Brett Hopkins is a Liar, before I sent the money he assured me my money would be refunded if there was a problem with the birth of the puppies or if I decided I did not like any of the pups.
