Theft of kincash and items in dock

Our childis webkinz consideration continues to be destroyed twice today. Following the very first time (more than 10,000 kincash taken) we removed all her "buddies" and he or she has not approved any since. Nowadays she logged-on and about 1000 kincash was taken in addition to anything in her pier (about 250 products). There was one "buddy" on her behalf consideration... We-don't understand who she/he's or how they got there. Her code hasbeen transformed and never directed at anybody.
