I too was called. My account was debitted on the 13th of June. I waited for some information and as of now have not recieved anything. I called my bank who was able to get me information on the bank which is located in Canada. From there I was given a number to a gal named Nancy. Her direct number is 702-868-1551. She then gave me two new customer care numbers. 1-800-704-9552 or 1-888-646-8386.
