Acai was cancelled in time but the rep. Gave me a bogus cancellation# and continued to charge my bank card. After investigation the bank felt I didn't have the burden of proof because the number wasn't recorded with them.
They also claimed to have mailed me products, I never received and I also returned some things they still charged me prior to the credit card being cancelled. What is my next step?
