Cleansetrial, my shipmentsupport.com, mysupportorder.com, unauthorized - charges scam no-product

I saw an article about the acai berry diet pill and along with it was a cleanse trial, it said it was a free trial but I needed to pay shipping in amt of $3.95 and $1.95 - I submitted my check info.
There was never any reference on web site to being charged at any other time.
I never received anything - in fact I forgot about it. I tried to use my visa this weekend and everything was all messed up and i couldnt figure out why, then I got a call from visa fraud. This company/ie: companies, had never charged me for shipping as they stated they would and I never received any product. But they deducted two charges one for $86.42, and the other was $83.00something.

I called O-berry-1, and i sat on hold for 50 minutes.
I finally went to the web site and got into a conversation with someone on a chat board. They were adamant that I received product, and I was given the option to cancel within 14 days or i would be charged. I was so frustrated I hung up.
I called cleansetrial and talked with a young lady who was polite and she advised would refund the money. I told her i never recieved product.

I called my bank and cancelled my visa. I still have to fill out the forms for the disputes on these charges.
This is a pain and a hardship - it took me all day to get this taken care of and I missed an appointment because I had to drop everything to handle this. Never again. I want to see these guys taken to jail for fraud.
