NEVER SHOP @ BLOOMEX - flowers and chocolates

Bloomex. Bloomex. Bloomex... Shame on customer service. I have never been treated & dealt with in such terrible matter by a company, my whole Life. The company Bloomex has zero customer service. Don’t think you'll contact anyone but only a machine... And they'll only get back to you several hours later, or never at all. Some Guy Named Dimitri (Owner) does not even care to neither respond to important matters nor try to resolve any issues. As a owner you believe some kind of duty/responsibility would be relied upon him, NONE WHAT SO EVER. Bloomex, a company i thought i could trust with a shipment of surprise flowers to my gf for our 5 1/2 anniversary. I Trusted them especially when I saw an award, but I guess you cant judge a book by its cover. Well they said that they Sent the flowers with the delivery guy (IF They EVEN DID) to my gf APPARTEMENT (YES, an apartment, you know those big buildings with lots of neighbors and better yet a SUPERATTENDANT whom is in the building till late hours) When the delivery guy knocks on the door to realize no one is at home, decides on leaving the 2 dozen roses and a box of chocolate with a note in front of the door in the end of a Long hallway. Bloomex, Bloomex, Bloomex why, oh why did you not have the intelligence, I mean the experience to at least leave the items with the neighbor or supper attendant, especially when the delivery guys has to walk a long hallway back, passing MANY MANY MANY NEIGHBOURS AND PASSING THE SUPERATTENDANTS OFFICE RIGHT BY THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE BUILDING. Now maybe all this cussing by me is a little over the top, but unfortunately it doesn’t end there. A man named Gilbert who handles deliveries calls my gf to start harassing her with a whole bunch of questions; meanwhile my girlfriend has no awareness of the delivery. After harassing my gf, Gilbert decides to call and leave a unprofessional & ugly long message saying that they ACCUSE MY GIRLFRIEND for receiving and not stating that. (Funny thing is that this is not my first time ordering flowers from a company, Never had an issue like that before, and the same day I had ordered something by Edible arrangements, which was fantastic. They arrived the same day and they managed to pass the fruit bouquet to the same house & A PERSON) 2. The driver can describe the door to claim he brought it there (Meanwhile the whole damn building has the same doors) 3. They had done their job. When I called to contact their customer service it took days and when I finally spoke to someone (Gilbert) I was cussed at and hung up upon. I ask to speak to a manager, but no one would direct me, but I found the name of BLOOMEX owner and it is DIMITRI. Go To Hell DIMITRI. Shame on bloomex, shame on bloomex, shame on bloomex, shame on bloomex, shame on bloomex, shame on bloomex, i am never going to shop at bloomex and advise all not to as well!
