Ripoff deceptive company

Applied for a credit card on line, didnt know it was going to cost a dime just to apply, it states that you need to be over 18 and that for verification purposes you need to have a checking account, so they proceed to ask upon entering your registration information for the credit card for a bank account number and routing number, then once you get through with that, a screen pops up and says that 49.95 will come out of your account.

It did not show me a number to call them and tell them I didnt want the card or anything so a few days later I go to my bank and I am overdrawn not by 49.95 but by 149.95, so I call them and tell them that I did not give authorization and they stated they would give a refund if I fax over all the appropriate information, so now I am just in holding, but I never gave them authorization to draw anything out of my account in the first place!!! Still trying to figure out what the extra 100.00 is for.
